Strong NOT skinny

I am super pleased to announce that I am now a brand ambassador for Just Strong Clothing.

I follow so many gym motivators on Instagram and I like all their pictures wishing I could have a body like that. But you know what it takes time, dedication and to be honest a lot of willpower to be able to look like that. Anyway.... cutting a long and whiney story short, I have started my own fitness journey to make myself feel confident again. I am knuckling down and making 2018 my year to lose weight and Just Strong are with me all the way.

I love going to the gym and I try and go almost every day, so I went out on a whim and applied to be a brand ambassador about a month ago. It wasn't long until I got an email saying I was accepted (yay)!! So basically now I get to be one of the many faces that represent a new up and coming gym wear brand.

Just Strong is a brand that wants women to embrace their shape and encourages the ultimate goal of being strong and healthy NOT skinny. They supply active wear which is designed to empower and motivate women from all walks of life. What's really eye catching is their range of slogan vests and t-shirts with phrases like 'Makeup and muscles', 'High standards low squats' and 'Better sore than sorry'.

My personal fave is their logo crop top because it is super comfy while I work out, but soon I will be reviewing the clothing in my blog so please watch this space and read that when it's up for more info!
